My freshly renovated room was exceptionally clean and had a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. The location was particularly good, close to the shopping area, and the bed was comfortable. Moreover, the hotel was just off the shopping malls, the marina, old town, and city center. I had a great stay for a business trip.

The food was delightful and we really enjoyed the variety. The hotel was gorgeous and nice and in a very central location short walk to landmarks, the marina or old town, and the pubs.

The staff member who greeted us was very welcoming and explained all the facilities. We enjoyed the breakfast provided and one of the best things about our stay was the location, which was close to the marina and old town. there was a tram stop right outside of the building which was convenient if we didn't feel like walking.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. the showers didn't work properly as the water would randomly turn ice cold for about a minute and then go back to hot.

The hotel's location is convenient with easy access to public transportation and is a short walk from the marina and old town. The staff, including the receptionist Ahmed, provided excellent customer service, giving directions and suggestions for local food options. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with toiletries and comfortable bedding.
There were some issues with the water in the shower randomly turning cold for a short amount of time.
